My Approach

Using a cognitive behavioral coaching model, we work together to create awareness of how events, thoughts, and emotions influence behavior and explore areas of development to maximize behavioral shifts. As a coach I am present, engage in deep listening, and ask insightful questions. A coaching relationship fosters trust, establishing a safe space where leaders are free to be authentic and vulnerable. Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires, provides perspective and challenges beliefs. Practicing reflection and introspection unlocks blocks and generates clarity. My role as a coach is to empower you to develop behavioral changes that will result in solutions that will work best for you and lead to sustainable change.
